Take the Capital bus/kamalan bus、Metropolitan Transport Corporation bus, please take off the Luodong Station.You can rent a motorcycle or transfer to a taxi after taking off. The journey time is about 25 minutes

Train to taxi
Take off at Xinma Station or Suao New Station and transfer to a taxi to the crayon castle. The journey time is about 5 minutes.
Walk after left the train
After getting off the train at Xinma Station and Su'aoxin Station,
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Crayon Castle.

A reservation is not required for general visitors. Purchase the tickets directly at the Crayon Castle.
A reservation is available for a group with 30 and more people. Please call: 03-9907101 or contact us for filling out the application.
The plan for these two types of visitors is completely the same.
Either adults or children are all required to purchase a ticket to enter the Do-it-yourself activity areas. Tickets include four Do-it-yourself activities, and each of the activities cannot be purchase separately.
In order to ensure the safety of children in the Lucky Art Crayonology, children must be accompanied by an adult when entering the venue, and they cannot purchase the tickets separately.
You are welcome to visit the exhibition and gift shop areas in the lobby for free.
Tickets are required at the DIY activity area and the rainbow slide.
Lucky Art Crayon Castle welcomes friends and children of all ages. Children over 3 years old will be more familiar with the DIY contents.
(Children in the age of 3 and under, or adults in the age of 65 and older are eligible to have free admission. DIY activity excluded)
A general ticket includes 4 DIY activities. Each activity takes approximately half an hour, and it takes approximately two hours in total. The opening hours of the Crayon Castle are 8:30 am to 18:00 pm, and ticket ends selling after 16:30 pm.
Please follow the admission time announced by the on-site staff after the ticket purchasing.
It is cash only throughout the Crayon Castle. We do not support any credit card or other payment services.
Tickets can be used as a coupon for a 100 NT dollar discount. The coupon is excluded from purchasing other tickets, meals, or cash refunds.
You can bring food to the DIY area. however, make sure you do not occupy any table and chair for the DIY activities. The rule of eating and drinking in the DIY area is not to affect others.
(Strong-smelling foods such as durian or stinky tofu are not allowed. Alcoholic beverages are also forbidden)
Outside food is not allowed in the entire dining area.
Pets are not allowed to touch the ground in the Crayon Castle. Small and medium pets need to be kept in the pet bags or carts. (Except guide dogs)
Yes, you are allowed to re-enter the venue with the ticket that purchased the same day. Please remember that you can only experience once in each DIY activity. Please notify the counter staff for re-entering.
The Crayon Castle has 120 free parking spaces. (The parking lot is for visitors with admission tickets only, and visitors without the tickets are not allowed to park)

The Crayon Castle provides free lockers and carts for the visitors to use. Please ask the counter staff for the service.
Please take responsibility for your personal belongings by yourself. DO NOT leave your valuables unattended in the Crayon Castle. If there is any stolen or loss, we will not be responsible for that situation.
